Agreed. Morbius was always second-rate for the most part, especially when he would partner with Blade. He could really use a bendis/vaughn type reboot, but if you like Marvel Zombies, you should really check out the early collections of Ultimate Fantastic Four. The FF couldn't have a better foil than insatiable zombie versions of themselves.

Alex Ross artwork succeeds because the heroes are portrayed as "best generation" and as real people. Superman looks like an ornery grandpa suspicious of his grandchildren, and Bruce Wayne with exoskeleton is the best artwork DC ever put out.
